As a South West Florida native, Dr. Grady Scott graduated from Barron Collier High School in Naples, Florida before attending Florida State University. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Dr. Scott followed his dreams of becoming a dentist and graduated from University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Scott has spent the past few years practicing in Tampa, Fl before relocating back to SWFL to serve the hometown community he loves! Dr. Scott has spent hundreds of hours obtaining formal postdoctoral training in IV Sedation, dental implants, and digital dentistry. A perpetual student, Dr. Scott strives to provide the highest level of care in a fun and friendly environment. In his spare time Dr. Grady Scott enjoys traveling with his wife, Cristina, and spending time on the water and at the beach with his golden retriever Pablo Winston.
Julie is originally from Ohio. She previously lived in South Carolina and moved to Southwest Florida in 1994. Julie graduated from West Liberty University in West Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist since 1989 and currently has licenses in three states including Ohio, South Carolina and Florida.
With over 28 years of experience, Julie has had a variety of opportunities with her dental hygiene career including general dentistry, pediatric, orthodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery. She has extensive experience working with geriatric and physically compromised patients. Julie also enjoyed the opportunity of being a Clinical Instructor for The Edison College of Dental Hygiene providing education, instruction, and guidance to new hygienists. She believes in keeping abreast of new technology and products that are in our market today. Her combined career experiences and education have taught her the importance of individually personalizing patient care to help them achieve and maintain their optimal dental health.
In her spare time she loves traveling, boating, playing tennis, yoga and most of all spending time with her family and friends!
Cristina brings a friendly smile while offering comprehensive oral hygiene care. Originally from Panama, she enjoys building relationships with her patients in both English and Spanish. Cristina graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida in 2012, and earned her Dental Hygiene License at the Hillsborough College of Dental Hygiene in 2017. She is certified in Local Anesthesia and is always searching for innovations in dentistry to enhance your appointment experience.
As a core member of the Bonita Beach Dental Team, Cristina proves her innate ability to put people at ease while providing exceptional care. Whether greeting you at your first patient experience or as a returning patient in her chair, she is sure to make you feel cared for as part of the Bonita Beach Dental family.
Cristina met her husband, Dr. Grady Scott, in 2012 while studying at the University of Florida. Sharing a mutual love of dentistry, they got married in 2017. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling together and especially spending time on the water with their golden retriever, Pablo. She also enjoys learning new recipes, practicing yoga, and playing volleyball.
Originally from Wisconsin, Jill moved to Florida as a young adult. Jill achieved her certificate in dental assisting in SWFL and has 30+ years of experience in comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry. Jill works closely with the Doctor and patient to achieve optimal dental health. Her attention to details allows her to explain to the patient simple and complex cases to optimise their dental health. In her down time, she enjoys working out, home improvements, gardening and spending time with family. Her true passion is in giving back to the community with her volunteering
Kirsten has been with the practice since June 1997. As a self-proclaimed dental phobic, she can empathize with the anxieties that some patients have. She puts patients at ease with her experience in dentistry, compassionate personality and gentle touch. She floats between the front desk and assisting in the operatories to ensure that the needs of all of our patients are met. She is happily married and is the proud mom of 3 very energetic sons! On her off time, she can often be found supporting her boys at local hockey rinks!
Debbie is a native Floridian, who grew up in Miami. In 1975, she married her husband Robert and moved to Bonita Springs, Fl. Starting her dental profession in the eleventh grade; she went on to get her expanded functions in dental assisting in 1976. She joined Dr. Raass’ practice in 1996 as a dental assistant but it wasn’t long until her attention to detail led her to become the office manager. Debbie enjoys working with the doctor and staff to reach the patient's dental needs. Aside from dentistry, Debbie enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, both daughter in laws, and 5 grandchildren. She also loves the water and the Florida sunshine!
